Gone are the days when VR products were limited to certain quarters that used them to achieve some professional objectives. At the moment, we have numerous virtual reality products available in the computer stores. Many technology startups are now actively involved in the mass production of these (VR) products. Coupled with this, some telephony companies have been able to develop VR headsets that complement the smartphones and some other devices. Osterhout Design Group R-8 and R-9 Headsets

Ostehout design group has designed two (2) different high resolution android powered headsets- the R-8 with a resolution of 720 pixel and the R-9 imbued with 1,080 pixel resolution. The headsets can permit both virtual reality and augmented reality capabilities.

ANTVR's Virtual Reality Kit

The kit contains a video driver box, lithium battery, a remote control and of course, a virtual reality headset. The VR headset can be used with some smartphone brands [like HiSense and Lenovo] to create a more appreciable view. The kit is available for just $20.

NextVR

American startup NextVR went into the tech lab with one thing in mind- to develop a technology that would give an NBA lovers a more realistic viewing of live sports. NextVR is compatible with many android smartphones.
